“NO SE PIENSA SIN IMÁGENES” (ARISTÓTELES). LAS INFOGRAFÍAS COMO RECURSO DIDÁCTICO

This contribution focuses on the use of the image as a resource for students to develop skills and competencies to help them solve problems, make decisions, and/or review the topic. Through educational technology of web 2.0 enhances teaching, attracts attention, captures the learners’ attention and activates senses even when used with students with disabilities. The educational resource of graphics based on constructivism favours interdisciplinary and is popular in social networks as well as between teachers and students. It can be viewed and shared instantly and even apps are offered that allow the user to categorize them in personalized websites such as on Pinterest. University professors and students have been asked to reflect on the use of computer graphics in language learning. At the same time the use of Pictochart as an educational tool to convey information effectively and memorably is recommended.
